The paper “Location, Location, Location! -A quality-adjusted rent index for the Oslo office market” , written by André Anundsen (Housing Lab), Marius Hagen (Norges Bank), and Christian Bjørland (Norges Bank), has been accepted for publication in Journal of European Real Estate Research. The paper develops a hedonic rental index for the Oslo office market using a detailed data set on rental contracts from the private firm Arealstatistikk.
